Our Research

I have investigated X chromosome reactivation during pluripotent reprogramming as a hallmark of human naive pluripotency and discovered chromatin modifications and trascription factors that are paramaount to reactivate Xi genes in the pluripotent and somatic context.

Thanks to the Italian Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis (FISM) we are now granted over 360k to study the impact of XCR in the female prevalence of Multiple Sclerosis.

We have been awarded a grant from the Italian Ministry of University and Reaserch to investigate
